For me, the last month has been exhausting but exhilarating.

I’ve been tirelessly preparing (and then launching) a fresh new version of my signature coaching program: Uncaged Life Design. I have to say…it’s all killer, no filler!

It’s the single best program in the world for helping family-focused pros graduate corporate and create entrepreneurial freedom.

Go here to learn more.

The Secret

What if you could "double count" certain activities as work?

No, not lying on your timesheet. But creatively rethinking what counts as work.

Does it actually require a laptop and colleagues? Or could you work while doing good for yourself too?

Imagine a "corporate athlete" mindset — conserve energy while being impactful when it counts.

I deeply admired a boss who trained for Ironman races. He "worked" on training runs — solving problems and concepting entire frameworks.

NOT in front of his laptop.

He used the Double Count Time System.

Good for him and the company.

Free your mind.

Expand your definition of "work":

  • Walking
  • Reading
  • Meditating
  • Working out

This nourishes you, enabling sharper outcomes.

With the Double Count Time System, you become MORE impactful.

Treat yourself like an asset. Value precious hours.

Yes, this is unconventional but ethical (a win-win).

Decline fear-based compliance and Fake Work.

Don’t just bolt on “wellness” at the end of a chaotic day like the corporate workshops and apps teach you.

While still in corporate, the Double Count Time System allowed me to:

  • Be healthier
  • Be present for family
  • Build my side business

And it’s been absolutely essential to how I run my days as a family-focused (and thriving) entrepreneur.

Don't be a desk prisoner for 10+ hours per day.

Redefine work with the Double Count mindset. It's a game-changer.
