Hey my friend, As we close out 2024, I’ve been reflecting on what a transformational year it’s been — for my business, my family, and my personal growth. This year wasn’t easy (none of the meaningful stuff ever is), but it proved something important: the dream is possible. Here are some of my biggest wins from 2024 (all grounded in plenty of struggle): 1) 2.75 years out of corporate — and I’m still standing! 2) My wife, Cecilia, joined the business — a game-changer for both our mission and our marriage. 3) Took a dream vacation to Greece with my three older kids, expanding their minds and horizons. 4) Nearly doubled my old corporate salary from Boston Consulting Group — and did it while working almost no nights or weekends. 5) Helped six brave clients leave corporate to build their own futures — an honor to support their journeys. 6) Hosted our first-ever in-person retreat for clients — an unforgettable milestone. 7) Simplified our business to ONE powerful offer. Simplicity = clarity = speed = results. 8) Feeling 100% aligned with our mission and more fired up than ever. 9) Invested $42,000 in personal growth — coaching, programs, mindset, and systems that paid off tenfold. 10) Spread the “Uncaged” message far and wide: 237 posts, 40 newsletters, and 31 podcasts shipped this year. 11) Attended two mastermind events that radically expanded my thinking and vision. 12) Sharpened my sales skills and processes — the most impactful up-leveling I’ve ever gone through. 13) Walked 12.2K steps/day, stayed consistent in the gym, and locked in a new breathwork practice. 14) Journaled 300+ pages during morning rituals — where the real work happens. 15) Most importantly, I faced fear, stayed connected to the dream, and persevered through the dark times. But the real breakthroughs came from the lessons:
2024 tested me in profound ways, but it also taught me that inner alignment and clarity unlock unstoppable momentum. As I look ahead to 2025, I’m focused on leverage, deepening freedom, and embodying the example my clients need to see. Big changes are on the horizon — and I can’t wait to share them with you. Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’ve been here for years or just joined recently, I appreciate you more than you know. Let’s make 2025 remarkable! Cheers to your Uncaged life, PS - What do you want for 2025? REPLY and let me know. I read every response personally. |

I’m 41 years old, and I’m coming up on four years since I left my management consulting career at BCG — four years since I walked away from the stability, prestige, and predictability of that life to build something of my own. That decision didn’t just change my work. It reshaped my marriage, my...

The job that’s hollowing you out. The title that sounds impressive, but feels like a cage. The money that’s good enough to keep you stuck but not good enough to make you whole. The relationships that keep you small. The people who need you to stay exactly where you are because your transformation...
